Gary Sepanossian came to the U.S. in 1979 to build his dreams come true. After spending 10 years in a father and son furniture and home improvement company in Armenia, he decided it was time go West.
After advanced architectural and design engineering education courses, Gary started his formal construction business with a partner in 1979, after 8 years Gary formalized G.S. Construction in 1987.
As a California Licensed – Bonded – Insured Contractor, Lic. 540685 since 1979, Gary excelled in commercial buildings, residential renovation and customizations retrofit and disaster related rebuilds, as well as projects scaling to 24-unit apartment buildings and 12,000 square foot homes.
Some of his local work includes the building of the night club “Wings” in West Covina, “Undefeated” in Hollywood and in Santa Monica, “Giggles” in Glendale, and the suave Los Angeles boutique “KBOND” that was written up in Interior Design Magazine
